When owners choose Hub City Rentals to manage their properties, they have the freedom to choose between a basic lease only service or a complete, full service management option.

Our lease only service offers marketing and tenant screening necessary to secure a quality tenant, with no further services once the lease is signed. Our full service plan offers assistance in getting properties ready for leasing, marketing, tenant screenings, assistance with preparing all documents, handling maintenance and repair calls, guidance during eviction processes, automatic deposits and full records and accounting services.

Lease Only Service:

    Property owner pays a onetime fee to Hub City Rentals, LLC Property Management company, (ongoing management is not available with lease only service), this service will find a qualified tenant to lease property. This includes marketing the property, tenant screening for credit qualifications, rent history, and criminal background check, preparation and signing of the lease.

    Fees are negotiable and based on a number of factors, including the level of service desired. Fees include a leasing fee and a monthly fee based on a percentage of the monthly rent collected.
